Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Google Play subscription management. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains in the app after cancellation — you won't lose any existing records. However, premium features will be locked. You can still access billing history and export your data.
Is there a refund policy?
Subscriptions are processed by Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to Google's refund policy (generally within 48 hours of purchase). See our Refund Policy for details.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
No. The prices shown are exclusive of GST. An 18% GST will be charged by Google Play Store on the subscription amount as per applicable Indian tax law.
Do I need internet to use the app?
No. RITE POS works completely offline. Internet is only needed for the initial setup and for cloud sync. Once set up, you can sell and manage your pharmacy 100% offline.
